Get to know Charlie!
Based in Brooklyn, NY, Charlie is an experienced private tutor and certified Youth Resilience Coach. Also a new dad, he splits his time between helping young people and his other passion, acting (you may have even seen him in his role on Madam Secretary!). A native New Yorker, he attended The Lawrenceville School before receiving his acting training at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. He’s always had a passion for academics, but his years as an artist have made him truly appreciate the value of creating a safe space for students: a place where they can be themselves, take risks and dare to reach for their goals.
What I Offer
K - 10 subject tutoring with a concentration on the transition into high school.
Skills
My approach combines my skills as an experienced academic tutor with those of a certified Youth Life Coach.

increased self-awareness of how they best learn.
